The content on this site

The photographs, descriptions, and artwork shown on this site are the work of Mary and Paddle Creek Paints, and remain our property. You're welcome to browse, share a link to the site, or reference a piece when reaching out about a commission — but please don't reproduce, resell, or claim the artwork or its photographs as your own without asking first.

The catalogue

Pieces shown in the catalogue reflect work we've made. Once a piece sells, or if we're unable to reproduce an identical design, we'll say so or offer something comparable — the catalogue is a representation of our work and style, not a live inventory system with guaranteed availability.

Commission inquiries

Submitting the Start a Piece form sends us an inquiry — it is the beginning of a conversation, not a binding order. A commission is only confirmed once we've talked through the details (subject, surface, timeline, and price) and both agreed to move forward. Nothing about submitting the form obligates either side until that point.

The 10% discount offer

The 10% discount code, when issued, applies to your first custom piece commissioned through Paddle Creek Paints. We may end, change, or replace this offer at any time; anyone who has already received a code may still use it as described in the email that delivered it, unless we say otherwise.

Links to other sites

This site links to our Facebook page and, where relevant, to third-party documentation (for example, about analytics tools). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their own terms and privacy practices.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is. We've done our best to make sure the information on it — descriptions, pricing discussed in conversation, contact details — is accurate, but we don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or perfectly up to date.
